Released by the Greer Police Department.
At approximately 5:30 pm the Check-N-Go located at 6140 Wade Hampton Blvd in Greer, SC had an armed robbery to occur. An unknown subject entered the location and displayed a firearm. The subject fled the scene on foot. Our officers along with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office K9 team are attempting to search the surrounding area for the subject.

The subject was described as a black male wearing a black Northface jacket, black track pants that are tight at the ankles, with a medical type facemask (blue in color). The suspect wore a distinctive pair of shoes. I have attached a still photo of the suspect.
