The Phoenix Center and Upstate Warrior Solution have partnered together to work with Veterans across the Upstate who may be struggling with a substance use disorder. More than one in ten Veterans struggle with a substance use disorder.
This new partnership between the Phoenix Center and Upstate Warrior Solution will help to break down the barriers for Veterans in need of treatment. The two groups are set to sign a memorandum of agreement for their partnership Tuesday.
