An investigation is ongoing after a child's death at an Upstate hospital. The Greenville County Coroner's Office says four year old, Addison Rebecca Carr died at Greenville Memorial, the day after Christmas.
The child had been admitted there on December 22nd. The Sheriff's Office was called in days before the child's death.
The Coroner's Office says details on the cause and manner of Carr's death are pending autopsy results. There's been no word on any potential suspects, as of the time of this report.
