A man who was found dead inside a burning vehicle in the Upstate last weekend has now been identified. The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as 63 year old, Carroll Allen Poole.
They say he was found dead inside a vehicle on East Butler Road in Mauldin this past Sunday night. Autopsy results are still pending and his death remains under investigation.
