An investigation is ongoing after a shooting in the Upstate left one person injured. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting just before 1 PM today at the Metro PCS Store on Mauldin Road, in Greenville.
The victim had left the scene before Deputies arrived, but later showed up at an area hospital for treatment. Investigators do not believe the shooting was part of any sort of robbery attempt at the Metro PCS store.
They believe the shooting was an isolated incident between people who knew each other. No arrests have been announced, as of the time of this report.
