One person is dead after a house fire in Greenwood County. Firefighters responded to a house fire on Highway 254 in Hodges, just before 6:30AM, Monday.
The Greenwood County Coroner's Office says one person was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased, has not been released as of this time.
Fire officials say, that the Greenwood County Sheriff's Office and SLED investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
