Is I-26 the worst maintained interstate in South Carolina?

A recent roundtrip drive from Greenville to Columbia reminded me about how bad I-26 Eastbound and Westbound are between the 385 interchange and I-126 in Columbia. A solid portion of that area has signs of road construction, but all of it unfinished. The patches in the paving job and uneven lanes stretch for miles of I-26 and make for a rough ride.
