A juvenile was injured after a weekend shooting in Greenville County. The Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting Friday night in the area of Green Pond Road in Fountain Inn.
Deputies arrived and learned that a juvenile suspect fired a gun inside a vehicle and left a girl injured. The victim went to the hospital prior to deputies arriving, her condition is unknown at this time.
Once the vehicle was spotted and stopped, the suspect ran into the woods. The Sheriff's Office said Saturday morning that they had located the suspect. His identity has not been released, due to his age.
