A underage boy is dead after a weekend shooting in the Upstate. The Spartanburg Police Department responded just before 1AM, Saturday.
Upon arrival, officers found the boy in the kitchen of the home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the victim was sitting in the living room of the house when several shots were fired from the front yard.
The shots went through a bay window and struck the victim. No arrests have been announced and the victim's identity has not yet been released. The shooting remains under investigation.
