Since taking the mayoral office, White has led the city through many phases of substantial progress. His tenure has featured milestone projects like the rejuvenation of the city's downtown area, the creation of Falls Park and the development of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It also includes recent milestone moments with the opening of Unity Park and revitalization efforts in the Southernside Community.

The city is growing rapidly, with the state seeing a major influx in population as people migrate here from other states. White is looking to continue to take on the challenge in leading the city through what is expected to be another period of growth.
