Luck was not on the side of an Upstate woman who cashed in stolen lottery tickets. SLED says, Judy Ann Hill of Pelzer was arrested last week after she redeemed scratch off's that were obtained during an armed robbery 18 months ago. The robbery took place in November of 2020 at the Save-Way in Simpsonville. SLED says Hill cashed the tickets in at three different stores, one in Greenville County and two in Newberry County.
