A Congressional delegate and candidate for the Governor's Office held a press conference in the Upstate, Monday morning. Congresswoman Nancy Mace spoke with the media this morning at Falls Park in Greenville.
Mace laid out her proposed legislation that would eliminate sales taxes on over-the-counter medication in South Carolina. Several other states have similar exemptions.
Texas enacted it in 2015 which is the basis for Mace's plan.
