An investigation is underway after a death at an Upstate business. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported death at Insul-Fab Plastics on Hayne Street, Thursday afternoon.
In a statement the plant manager said the accident occurred around noon on a fabricating piece of equipment. The Spartanburg County Coroner's office identified the victim as 40-year-old Torrence Casey McSwain of Jonesville.
OSHA is investigating the fatal accident.
