The SC Highway Patrol investigated a fatal collision between a motorcycle and an SUV in Greenville County Sunday afternoon. Master Trooper Gary Miller reports, the driver of a 2007 Chevy Tahoe made a left turn off of SC 183 onto Batson Drive and was struck by a Honda motorcycle. The motorcycle rider died at the scene.
The driver of the SUV, 36 year old Blanca Jimenez Garcia of Greenville was charged with failure to yield right of way and driving without a SC drivers license. The name of the victim has not yet been released by the Coroner's Office.
