Murdaugh sobbed audibly as the Medical University of South Carolina pathologist who performed the autopsies described his wife and son's wounds in gruesome detail, saying both were gunned down facing their killer
Paul Murdaugh, was first hit with two shotgun blasts, his mother five times with a rifle. It is now confirmed that Alex Murdaugh will take the stand to testify in his own defense, at some point in the trial.
