A Nebraska man is in custody in the Upstate after being accused of child sex crimes. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says 36 year old, Luis Romero of Omaha contacted an underage girl from Powdersville on social media.
Officials say Romero asked the girl for sexually explicit photos and sent her explicit images and videos of himself. Romero was arrested in Nebraska last month and has since been extradited back to Anderson County.
He's charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and sending obscene material to a minor.
