Greenville County authorities are hunting the killer of a woman found dead in her home four months ago. The coroner's office has released new details on the June 17th death of 41-year-old Julie Marie Accetta on Arlington Avenue.

Medical examiners say she suffered blunt force trauma in what Wednesday's report calls "a setting of chronic ethanolism." That typically refers to extreme alcohol intoxication.

Greenville County Coroner Park Evans says the woman had been injured five days before she died, and has ruled the case a homicide.
