A toddler has died just over a week after being found unresponsive in the pool of an Upstate home, July 4th. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a home in the Roebuck Community on Independence Day.
Upon arrival, a toddler was found unresponsive inside the pool. The child was taken to a hospital, where officials say the child died, yesterday. The child has been identified as 1 year old, Ashad Logan.
No criminal charges have been filed at this time, however the incident remains under investigation.
