A North Carolina man is facing charges after the abduction of a toddler on Easter, Sunday. A 2 year old child named Tacoma Hunt was taken from a family member's home in the Maxton area about 40 miles south of Fayetteville.
An Amber Alert was issued and the child was found safe hours later. The suspect, 36 year old Earl Locklear was arrested in Maxton after a foot pursuit.
Local authorities there said that Locklear has a connection to the child and the family but did not explain that connection further.
