North GA teens being charged as adults in shooting/robbery case

Three troubled Toccoa teenagers are facing charges after shots were fired during a robbery in North Georgia, earlier this week.

The Hart County Sheriff's Office responded to a shootng on Andrew Floyd Road near the town of Canon, Monday evening. Deputies arrived and were told that the victim was inside a vehicle with three teenagers, when the driver stopped the car and a fight broke out.

The victim was robbed at gunpoint and two of the suspects fired shots at the victim, during the fight. The three suspects fled in a Ford Mustang which was later located on Highway 17 near Martin. The trio was then arrested after guns were found in the car.

18 year old Damien Hunter, 16 year old Konner Logan Brown and 15 year old, Jordan Da'shon Robinson are all charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault and multiple weapons violations.

Officials say the 15 and 16 year old are being charged as adults. No injuries were reported in the shooting.
