Investigators say a 20-year-old Westminster woman was at the wheel of a Volkswagen that pulled into the path of a 18-wheeler on Highway 11. The victim, identified as Chloe Norelle Hietela, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident shortly before 10 AM Monday morning.
The Highway Patrol says, her VW sedan was hit by the Kenworth truck on the Highway 11 at Geer Road three miles north of Fair Play. The truckdriver was not hurt.
