An Oconee County man is in custody after being accused of child sex crimes. 27 year old, James Arthur Davis Jr. of Seneca was arrested on multiple charges Monday.
He faces 10 counts of disseminating obscene material to a minor, two counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and a charge for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The Sheriff's Office says, their investigation discovered that Davis sent the victim obscene material and provided the victim with marijuana. Further investigation determined that he had sex with the teenage victim, as well.
Davis is being held in Oconee County on a bond of over $200,000. He will be required to wear an ankle monitor if he's able to make bail.
