One person is dead after a crash in Laurens County, Wednesday night. The single vehicle wreck happened around 7:30 PM on State Highway 66 near Joanna.
The Highway Patrol says the driver of a Nissan pickup crossed the centerline, ran off the road, hitting a fence and a group of trees.
The identity of the victim in the crash has not been released, as of the time of this report. The crash remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
