SLED is investigating an officer-involved shooting incident on the campus of Spartanburg Methodist College that occurred early Monday morning.
There are no immediate details on what led to the shooting that killed one person and is said to involve a campus security officer, who was not injured.
A white pickup was towed from the Powell Mill road entrance shortly after the Spartanburg County Coroner was called to the campus.
