One person is dead after a crash in the Upstate on Thanksgiving day. The single vehicle wreck happened around 11 AM Thursday on Piedmont Golf Course road about 3 miles north of Piedmont.
Master Trooper Gary Miller of the South Carolina Highway Patrol says, the driver of a Toyota sedan ran off the right side of the road, then overcorrected and went off the left side and hit a tree.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the deceased as, 31 year old Blaine Hendrik Bouchillon of Piedmont. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
