A three vehicle collision on US 25 near West Georgia Rd in Greenville County killed one person, around 6:30PM Thursday. The driver of a northbound Nissan SUV made a lane change striking a Lexus SUV. The Nissan ran off the road to the right overturning.
The Lexus crossed the center line into the southbound lane striking a Mini Cooper. The driver of the Mini Cooper, identified as 54-year-old Noel Lamar Lomax, was trapped in the car and died at the scene. The driver of Lexus was taken to a hospital for treatment.
