One person is dead after a weekend stabbing in the Upstate. Police responded to Spartanburg Regional early Sunday, after reports that a man had been stabbed on Fisher Avenue and had arrived at the hospital.
The victim was pronounced dead there around 2AM. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office identified the man as 32 year old James Anderson of Spartanburg.
The stabbing remains under investigation, no arrests have been announced as of the time of this report.
