One person is dead and three injured in a shooting at an Asheville apartment complex Monday night. Police were to an apartment on Livingston Street, just before 8PM regarding a shooting.
Officers found three people suffering from gunshot wounds and a fourth person with a blunt force trauma injury. One of those shot, died at the scene and another was hospitalized in critical condition. A person of interest was taken into custody. That investigation continues.
