A scrap yard fire in Greenville late Thursday afternoon sent billowing black smoke into the skies that could be seen for miles. Greenville City Firefighters assisted the Parker Fire District to battle that blaze at Adam's Scrap Recycling on White Horse Road at Easley Bridge Road.
