One suspect is in custody and another is at large after a shooting at an Upstate night club. The Laurens Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at the Topic Lounge just before midnight, Tuesday night. Officers arrived and determined that a fight led to the shots being fired.
Investigators say that one suspect Kion Osha Ligon was taken into custody and is charged with attempted murder. The other suspect, 27 year old Malcolm Jamar Fuller remains at large, as of the time of this report. Police say that Ligon was out on bond for two counts if attempted murder stemming from an incident earlier this year.
The search is on for Malcolm Fuller, he is described as a 6 foot tall black man weighing about 180 pounds. Fuller has a full throat tattoo with the letters LA in the middle. He is considered armed and dangerous; anyone with info is urged to contact the Laurens Police Department at 864-681-2351.
