
An accidental shooting last month at a North Carolina restaurant resulted in one person being wounded and another being grazed by a bullet. Police say, the incident happened April 24th when a customer's gun accidentally went off inside a Charlotte area Cracker Barrel.
One victim, 57 year old Cedric Rush was hit in the leg and was transported to an area hospital to be treated. Another man, identified as John Sharrock was grazed in the neck, after the gun fell from the diner's pocket and discharged.
The Charotte Observer reports the gun owner, 64 year old Robert Prebble of Ohio, was cited for violating North Carolina's concealed weapons law. Prebble is slated to appear in a North Carolina courtroom , next month.
