One person is injured after a weekend shooting in the Upstate. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting around 3AM at 3500 Pelham Road in Greenville.
Upon arrival, Deputies found a man that was suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, there's been no word on his condition.
A press release from the Sheriff's Office a few hours after the incident Sunday morning said, that a suspect was in custody. The Sheriff's Office did not give any further details but said more info in the case will be released. The shooting remains under investigation.
