A Greer woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal single vehicle collision Wednesday in Greenville County. The collision happened around 2:15AM Wednesday morning on Gum Springs Road about 7 miles north of Greer.
The Highway Patrol says the driver of a Toyota sedan ran off the road and hit a tree. The driver and a three year old passenger were injured and taken to a hospital for treatment. 25 year-old Aleah Michelle Freeman, a passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
