A pedestrian on Whitehorse Road was killed Wednesday morning after she was hit by two vehicles.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Coroner were called to the area of Rosemond Drive shortly before 5:30am.
Officials said she, the pedestrian, was in the roadway when she was hit by a Toyota and then a second vehicle, which drove away after the crash. Troopers said the Toyota remained on scene.
57 year old Brenda Marie Wells of Greenville, identified by the Coroner, died at the scene due to blunt force trauma.
Highway Patrol is still investigating.
