The pedestrian that was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Labor Day has been identified. The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as, 55 year old Sandra Elizabeth Wilson.
She died on the scene following a crash Monday night on South Academy and North Calhoun Streets in Greenville. The Coroner's report says, Wilson stepped into the roadway, as a vehicle was traveling through South Academy Street. Wilson's cause of death is listed as blunt force trauma and her manner of death has been ruled accidental.
