A chase last week in North Georgia left a Pennsylvania man in custody after he collided with a deputy. The Hart County Sheriff's Office says a man on a motorcycle led a deputy on a pursuit, last Tuesday.
The suspect later identified as 27 year old, James Richard Arthur Orozco refused to stop and led deputies on a pursuit down Bowman Highway. Orozco tried fleeing deputies and crashed into a patrol vehicle. He was taken into custody without further incident.
Orozco is charged with fleeing and eluding and various traffic violations. Deputies say the incident remains under investigation and additional charges could be coming.
