Multiple pets in an Upstate neighborhood have been exposed to a rabid animal. DHEC Officials say, three pets in the Anderson County town of Starr were exposed to a rabid skunk earlier this week.
The skunk was taken to a state lab for testing Monday and on Tuesday was confirmed to have rabies. DHEC says, the exposed pets will be required to quarantine. There's been no report of people being exposed to the rabid skunk, as of this time.
