Power outage at Slater-Marietta Elementary School

Released by GCS.
Duke Energy has informed us that the power at Slater-Elementary School will not be restored until 3 p.m.
Therefore, we are asking parents to come to the school to pick up their child. If parents are unable to do so, we will care for their child and provide them with lunch.
Any bus riders who are still at school at our regular dismissal time of 2:15 will be placed on their usual bus route.
