Police in Greenville say a reported kidnapping and domestic violence incident led to a major drug bust.
The Greenville Police Department says a kidnapping and domestic violence investigation on Jenkins Street uncovered thousands of dollars worth of drugs and multiple guns.
Officers seized nearly a kilo of powder cocaine, over three ounces of crack cocaine, more than two pounds of marijuana, four guns, body armor and two grand in cash during the raid. Two of the guns had been reported stolen.
The suspect whose identity has not yet been publicly released is facing charges of trafficking cocaine, 2nd degree domestic violence, kidnapping, possession of stolen guns, intent to distribute marijuana and weapons violations.
