Three Upstate caregivers have been arrested on abuse and neglect charges. South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the charges against three former employees at a residential care facility.

32 year old, Pebble Artrevious Hill of Laurens is charged with Abuse Of A Vulnerable Adult. 48 year old Laurens resident Wanda Gary and 35 year old, Tuesday Nicole Watson of Woodruff are charged with Failure To Report Abuse And Neglect Of A Vulnerable Adult.


The investigation revealed that back in January, Hill inflicted abuse on a disabled adult. Hill allegedly sprayed the victim in the face with disinfectant spray to restrain her. Investigators say, Gary and Watson witnessed the abuse and failed to report it. All three suspects were booked in the Greenville County Detention Center.
