An SCDOT worker is dead after a roadside incident in the Low Country. South Carolina Department Of Transportation says the incident happened around 9AM Tuesday on Highway 15 in Dorchester County.
The worker was standing on the shoulder of the road when a wheel came off of an 18 wheeler and struck him. The deceased has been identified as 24 year old, Jared Devin Rose of Summerville.
