Greenville, SC - The Highway Patrol is asking for your help in identifying the driver responsible for a hit and run death on I-85 in Greenville County Tuesday (October 27).
Troopers said the collision occurred around 6:45 AM Tuesday morning near the exit to White Horse Road on the northbound side of 85.
An unknown vehicle struck a 1999 Honda Civic sedan driven by 51-year-old Larry Lavince Workman causing the Honda to then strike the median barrier wall.
Workman was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Highway Patrol is asking anyone with information to call 864-241-1000.
This collision remains under investigation by Greenville County Coroner's Office and the Highway Patrol.
