Spartanburg officials are investigating a shooting at local Denny's.
According to a release, deputies with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Denny’s on Reidville Rd around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Upon arrival, they found one person with gunshot wounds; the injuries were described as non-life threatening.
Several vehicles in the parking lot had also been struck by gunfire.
Early investigation indicated this incident involves groups of people who were gathered at the restaurant.
Later on Saturday, SCSO officials reported both the victim and the suspect were not cooperating.
