The search is on for a suspect in a weekend hit and run that killed a pedestrian. The Greenville Police Department says the suspect hit a pedestrian and left the scene. The Greenville County Coroner's Office has identified the pedestrian as 27 year old Elijiah William Bartholow.
The crash happened Saturday night at the intersection of Mauldin Road and South Pleasantburg Drive. Investigators say the suspect vehicle is a dark colored mid-size vehicle possibly a van with damage to the front end. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Greenville PD at 271-5333.
