An Upstate man is dead after a weekend crash in Oconee County. The single vehicle wreck happened on Hoyle Street in Seneca around 7PM, Saturday night.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver of a Chevy SUV ran off the road, hit an embankment and overturned. The driver was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The Oconee County Coroner's Office has identified the deceased as 67 year old, Clarence Henry Patterson of Seneca.
