In separate incidents two young women were killed in the Carolinas in recent months. Both accused killers were men who had been arrested numerous times and should have by all accounts been locked up when they committed the crimes. Both alleged assailants Decarlos Brown and Alexander Dickey, were seen by judges who let them off softy prior to the heinous acts. With that said, it begs the question should judges face criminal penalties for letting offenders off without jail time, when those same offenders commit murders?
