Senator Lindsey Graham has been publicly critical of President Biden's nomination of Ketanji Brown-Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court. Graham says that South Carolina native Michelle Childs should have gotten the nomination. Graham said Monday, if Childs had been nominated she would have gotten at least 60 votes in the Senate. That support according to Graham would have included a vote from Senator Tim Scott. The confirmation hearings for Brown-Jackson are set to continue today. Is Graham right?
