Should more companies offer on-site daycare to their employees? While companies that do are a rarity, the federal government may start offering incentives that could make it attractive for companies. According to the Best Place For Working Parents, a network of over 1,700 businesses promoting family friendly policies, the number of companies who offer on-site daycare is at 11% of their membership.
