A recent incident in Rock Hill had sparked my thought process on this. Four teenagers there, three 14 years old and one 15 have been arrested for the murder of 38 year old, Larry Ingram Jr. A detective testified at their arraignment hearing that is was an "execution style" killing. Under current law those under 18 can not be sentenced to death. To me, the idea warrants thought with the current societal landscape we are living in. With that being said, should those under 18 be subjected to the death penalty? Let us know, below
