Every time primaries come around, an interesting debate surrounds them. There's always plenty of talk about whether registered members of a party should be allowed to vote in the other party's primary elections. If that wasn't allowed it would mean as a registered Republican you wouldn't be able to vote in the Democratic primary and vice versa. Should that be the case?
